1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoalesceFlow’s website and services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 and not barred by any laws. Provide accurate registration info; keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Services & License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software per your subscription plan. You may not reverse-engineer or misuse it.

4. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees apply as marked during signup or renewal. We may auto-renew unless you cancel in writing within 30 days of renewal. Prices may change, but we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice.

5. Term & Termination
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel via your account settings or support with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend/terminate access if you breach Terms and don’t cure within 30 days.

6. User Obligations
You’re responsible for how you use the Service, including data you upload. Don’t infringe, spam, or violate laws.

7. Data & Privacy
Policies on user data are described in our Privacy Policy (see below). You retain ownership of your data; we’re a data processor unless otherwise stated.

8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption in transit/rest, annual audits)

9. Warranties & Disclaimers
We strive to keep the Service accurate and secure but provide it “as is.” We disclaim all but expressly stated warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the total amount you’ve paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Indemnification
You’ll defend us against claims from third parties regarding your use of the Service, along with any legal fees.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law (or your chosen jurisdiction). Disputes should be resolved via mediation; if unresolved, by courts where CoalesceFlow is headquartered.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use means acceptance of changes.
